Prints Vision DXB provides the following services:

3.1 Social Media Marketing – Brand promotion and sales generation through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

3.2 Print Media Marketing – Design and printing of brochures, pamphlets, newspaper ads, hoardings, and other promotional materials.

3.3 Tele Service Marketing – Professional telephone marketing services to connect with potential customers and generate sales.

3.4 Printing Machine Sales & Import Services – Sourcing and importing printing machines from Japan, Germany, China, Korea, and Taiwan, including handling of shipping, customs clearance, delivery, installation, and training.

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1 By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

a) You are at least 18 years of age

b) You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

c) You are using our services for legitimate business purposes

d) All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

4.2 If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. SERVICE AGREEMENTS AND QUOTATIONS

5.1 Quotations: All quotations provided by Prints Vision DXB are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Acceptance: A binding agreement is formed only when you accept our quotation in writing (via email, signed document, or message) and pay the required deposit as specified in the quotation.

5.3 Scope of Work: Each service agreement will include a detailed scope of work outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any work outside this scope may incur additional charges.

5.4 Revisions: Marketing service packages include reasonable revisions as specified in your agreement. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 GST/Taxes: All applicable taxes (including GST) will be added to our quotations as per government regulations. Our GST Number is 27ATEPM6008M2ZE.

6.3 Payment Schedule:

a) For Marketing Services: Typically 50% advance payment and 50% upon completion/delivery, or as specified in your agreement.

b) For Machine Imports:

  • 30-50% advance to initiate the order
  • Remaining balance before shipping or as per mutually agreed terms

c) For Print Media: 100% payment before printing or as agreed.

6.4 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as mutually agreed.

6.5 Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work on any project if payments are delayed by more than 15 days beyond the due date.

7. MACHINE IMPORT SERVICE – SPECIFIC TERMS

7.1 Sourcing and Procurement:

a) We act as your agent to source printing machines from our network of manufacturers and suppliers in Japan, Germany, China, Korea, and Taiwan.

b) We provide quotations based on current manufacturer prices, which may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations or manufacturer price revisions.

7.2 Transparency:

a) Our quotations include:

  • Machine cost (as quoted by manufacturer)
  • Shipping/freight charges
  • Insurance costs
  • Customs duties and taxes (estimated)
  • Our service fees

b) Any changes in customs duties, exchange rates, or shipping costs will be communicated transparently.

7.3 Customs Clearance:

a) We handle customs clearance on your behalf using our expertise and experience.

b) You agree to provide all necessary documents (GST certificate, IEC code, etc.) required for customs clearance.

c) If you do not have an Import Export Code (IEC), we can guide you through the process of obtaining one.

7.4 Delivery Timeline:

a) Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on manufacturer schedules and shipping lines.

b) Delays due to customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed.

7.5 Installation and Training:

a) Basic installation and operator training are included as specified in your agreement.

b) Travel and accommodation for our technicians (if required) will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

7.6 Warranty:

a) Machine warranties are provided by the original manufacturer and passed through to you.

b) We assist in warranty claims but are not directly responsible for manufacturing defects.

c) Warranty does not cover consumables (inks, chemicals), normal wear and tear, or damage due to improper use.

7.7 Risk and Title:

a) Risk of loss or damage to the machine passes to you upon delivery at your premises.

b) Title transfers to you upon full payment.

8. MARKETING SERVICES – SPECIFIC TERMS

8.1 Social Media Marketing:

a) Content creation timelines will be specified in your agreement.

b) You agree to provide necessary brand assets (logos, product images, etc.) in a timely manner.

c) Ad spend budgets are managed as per your instructions. Any unspent ad budget is carried forward or refunded as per your preference.

d) We provide regular performance reports as agreed.

8.2 Print Media Marketing:

a) Design revisions are included as specified in your package.

b) You are responsible for proofreading and approving final designs before printing.

c) Once printing begins, changes cannot be made.

d) Color variations may occur between digital proofs and printed materials due to printing technology and paper quality.

8.3 Tele Service Marketing:

a) Calling lists are created based on your target audience criteria.

b) Our team follows professional calling scripts and ethical practices.

c) Do-not-call (DNC) registered numbers are respected as per regulations.

d) Call recordings may be maintained for quality and training purposes.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 You agree to:

a) Provide accurate and complete information required for our services

b) Respond promptly to our requests for feedback, approvals, or information

c) Make payments as per the agreed schedule

d) For machine imports, provide all necessary documents (IEC code, GST certificate, etc.)

e) Ensure your premises are ready for machine installation (adequate space, power supply, etc.)

9.2 Delays caused by your failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, for which we are not liable.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Content Ownership:

a) All content (designs, graphics, text, videos) created by us for your marketing campaigns becomes your property upon full payment.

b) We reserve the right to display your work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

10.2 Third-Party Materials:

a) If you provide us with images, logos, or content, you warrant that you have the right to use them.

b) You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party materials you provide.

10.3 Software and Tools:

a) Any software, templates, or tools used in creating your marketing materials remain the property of their respective owners.

b) We grant you a license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

11.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of our business relationship.

11.2 This includes business strategies, customer data, pricing, and any information marked as confidential.

11.3 This obligation continues even after our business relationship ends.

11.4 We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security in the digital environment.

12. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

12.1 Marketing Services:

a) You may cancel monthly marketing services with 30 days' written notice to printsvisiondxb@gmail.com.

b) Refunds for unused portions of prepaid services are provided at our discretion, minus work already completed and non-refundable ad spends.

c) Custom campaign projects cancelled after work has begun are non-refundable for work already completed.

12.2 Machine Import Services:

a) Before order placement with manufacturer: Full refund of advance (minus any bank/transaction charges)

b) After order placed but before shipping: Refund of advance minus any cancellation fees charged by manufacturer (typically 10-30%)

c) After shipment: No cancellation possible

d) Customs and logistics: Shipping, customs, and logistics costs once incurred are non-refundable

12.3 Print Media Services:

a) Before design work begins: Full refund

b) After design approval but before printing: Refund minus design fees

c) After printing begins: No refund possible

12.4 All refund requests must be made in writing via email to printsvisiondxb@gmail.com.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prints Vision DXB shall not be liable for:

a) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

b) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

c) Delays caused by third parties (manufacturers, shipping lines, customs, etc.)

d) Machine performance issues that are manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty

13.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13.3 We do not guarantee specific sales results from marketing services, as results depend on various factors beyond our control.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics)
  • Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Power outages, internet disruptions
  • Shipping delays, customs holds
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Currency fluctuations affecting pricing

15. WEBSITE USE AND CONTENT

15.1 All content on PRINTSVISIONDXB.IN is for informational purposes only and subject to change without notice.

15.2 We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that information on our website is error-free, complete, or current.

15.3 Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Since we offer different types of services (marketing services, print media, and machine imports), our refund policy varies depending on the service you have purchased. Please read the relevant section below carefully.

2.2 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

2.3 Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

2.4 Any bank/transaction charges incurred during the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SERVICES – REFUND POLICY

3.1 Monthly Retainer Services:

a) You may cancel monthly marketing services with 30 days' written notice to printsvisiondxb@gmail.com.

b) Refunds for unused portions of prepaid monthly retainers are provided on a pro-rata basis (calculated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle), minus:

  • Any work already completed
  • Non-refundable ad spends already utilized
  • Administrative fees (if applicable)

c) Example: If you paid ₹30,000 for a monthly service and cancel after 10 days, you may be eligible for a refund of approximately ₹20,000 minus any ad spends already used.

3.2 Project-Based/Campaign Services:

a) Before work begins: Full refund minus any bank/transaction charges.

b) After work has begun but before delivery: Refund of advance payment minus the value of work completed (calculated at our standard hourly/project rates).

c) After final delivery: No refund possible, as the project is considered complete.

3.3 Ad Spend Amounts:

a) Any money loaded into advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) is non-refundable once spent.

b) Unspent ad budget will be returned to you in full upon cancellation.

3.4 Performance Guarantee:

a) We do not guarantee specific sales results from marketing services, as results depend on various factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, and your product/service quality.

b) No refunds will be provided based on performance or results unless a specific performance guarantee was agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

4. PRINT MEDIA MARKETING SERVICES – REFUND POLICY

4.3 Defective Prints:

a) If your printed materials have manufacturing defects (misprints, poor color quality, damage), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defects.

b) We will reprint the defective items at no additional cost to you.

c) Refunds for defective items will only be provided if reprinting is not possible.

4.4 Design Approval Responsibility:

a) You are responsible for proofreading and approving all designs before printing.

b) Once you approve a design and printing begins, we are not responsible for:

  • Spelling or grammar errors in the approved design
  • Color variations from what you expected (minor variations are normal in printing)
  • Content changes you wish to make after approval

5. TELE SERVICE MARKETING – REFUND POLICY

5.1 Prepaid Packages:

a) Unused calling minutes/credits in prepaid packages are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.

b) Partially used packages: Refund for remaining balance minus work completed (calculated at standard rates).

5.2 Monthly Subscription:

a) Cancel with 15 days' written notice to printsvisiondxb@gmail.com.

b) No refunds for the current billing cycle after services have been rendered.

5.3 Results-Based Services:

a) If you have opted for a results-based package (payment per lead/sale generated), no refunds apply as payment is based on actual results delivered.

6. PRINTING MACHINE IMPORT SERVICE – REFUND POLICY

This section applies to our machine sourcing and import services.

6.1 Consultation Fee:

a) Any initial consultation fees paid are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

b) If you cancel before the scheduled consultation, a full refund of the consultation fee is available with 24 hours' notice.

6.3 Manufacturer Cancellation Fees:

6.4 Customs, Shipping, and Logistics:

a) Once shipping costs are paid to freight forwarders, these amounts are non-refundable.

b) Customs duties and taxes paid to government authorities are non-refundable.

c) Insurance premiums paid are non-refundable.

6.5 Machine Not as Expected:

a) Machines are sourced based on specifications provided by manufacturers.

b) If the machine delivered does not match the specifications in your quotation, please notify us immediately.

c) We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Sending correct parts
  • Technical support to adjust the machine
  • Partial refund (at manufacturer's discretion)
  • Replacement machine (at manufacturer's discretion)

6.6 Machine Defects:

a) Manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (typically 6-12 months).

b) We assist in warranty claims but are not directly responsible for manufacturing defects.

c) Shipping costs for warranty returns/repairs are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms.

6.7 Delay in Delivery:

a) We provide estimated delivery timelines in good faith.

b) Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping lines, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not grounds for refund.

c) We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize them.

7. COMBINATION PACKAGES

7.1 If you purchase a combination package (e.g., machine + marketing services):

a) Each component is subject to its own refund policy as outlined above.

b) Discounts applied to combination packages may be adjusted if one component is cancelled.

7.2 Example: If you received a 10% discount on a machine by also purchasing marketing services, and you cancel the marketing services, the discount on the machine may be reversed.

8. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

To request a cancellation or refund:

10.2 We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably through discussion.

10.3 If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved as per the arbitration clause in our Terms and Conditions.
